Overstone SASU Working Party Day

Come along and help us look after Overstone Scout Campsite & Activity Centre.

There is always something for everyone to do. We shall be on site from 10 o’clock and you can stay as long as you want or can. There is always plenty of tea and coffee, nice biscuits and subject to the weather some happy and smiling faces.

I appreciate there is issues surrounding COVID which we need to take into account so although tea and coffee will be provided, all refreshment breaks will need to be taken outdoors.

As this is a working party and Scout Groups using the site, no children or pets of Leaders attending are allowed on site. I look forward to seeing as many of you as possible and remember there is always something important for someone to do, however small that job may seem to be.

I would be grateful if you could let me know ASAP if you can support the Overstone Working Party and due to a Group using Knights Lodge can everyone attending please use the top car park .

Also following a discussion with our neighbour at Overstone can we please ensure we use the correct gates to enter and exit the site. There has been a couple of issues with vehicles exiting the entry gate.
